摘要

目的 评价CDPF教学模式在中医儿科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果.方法 将2020年9月—2021年8月的39名规培学生作为实验组,2019年9月—2020年8月的37名规培学生作为对照组.实验组采用CDPF教学模式,对照组则采用传统的床旁教学模式.实验结束后,对2组的基础理论、专科技能、辨证分析能力及教学满意度进行比较.结果 实验组学生的专科技能考核成绩(43.51±3.09)分高于对照组的(40.62±5.68)分,辨证分析能力考核成绩(81.36±2.49)分高于对照组的(78.54±2.44)分,教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);2组学生基础理论成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 CDPF教学模式对提升中医儿科住院医师规范化培训教学质量具有明显的促进作用,且有较高的学生认可度.

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the application effect of CDPF teaching mode in standardized training of pediatric residents of tradi-tional Chinese medicine.Methods Thirty-nine standardized training students from September 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the experimental group,and 37 standardized training students from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the control group.CDPF teaching mode was used in the experimental group,and traditional bedside teaching mode was used in the control group.After the teaching,the basic theory,specialized skills,dialectical analysis ability and learning satisfaction of the two groups were com-pared.Results The scores of the students in the experimental group was(43.51±3.09),which was higher than(40.62±5.68)in the con-trol group,the scores of the ability of syndrome differentiation and analysis in the experimental group was(81.36±2.49),which was higher than(78.54±2.44)in the control group,and the learning satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the con-trol group(P<0.05),but there was no difference in the scores of basic theories(P>0.05).Conclusion CDPF teaching mode has a sig-nificant role in promoting the teaching quality of standardized training for pediatric residents of traditional Chinese medicine,and has a high degree of student recognition.
