摘要

研究国内外标准化病人(SP)相关文献,发现将其用于医学临床技能培训,更有利于解决理论与实践脱节、规避伦理及缓解师资不足等带来的问题,给学生公平、客观的评价.文章以山西中医药大学2018级实习生和规培生以及医院工作人员为SP招募对象,以2019级中医专业学生为培训对象,研究SP教学法在临床技能培训中的利弊,发现其在招募、筛选、培训及投入培训中存在一些困难,并提出一些意见和建议,以促进SP的长远发展,从而提升中医学专业水平的技能培训,提高实践教学质量.

Abstract

By studying the literature of standardized patients(SP)at home and abroad,it is found that the SP used in the training of medical clinical skills are more conducive to alleviating the shortage of teachers,solving the disconnection between theory and prac-tice,avoiding ethics,and giving students fair and objective evaluation.In this paper,the students of Grade 2018 and Grade 2019 in Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine were recruited as standard patients,and the students of Grade 2019 were trained as standard patients,to study the advantages and disadvantages of SP teaching method in clinical skill training center.During the study,it was found that there were some difficulties in recruiting,screening,training and put standardized patients into clinical training,and some opinions and suggestions were put forward to promote the long-term development of SP,so as to improve the skills training of clinical practice skills and improve the quality of practical teaching.
