Construction of Chinese-English Parallel Corpus for the Translation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Classics and Its Application in Teaching——Taking Huangdi Neijing as an Example
The combination of TCM translation and corpus is becoming a new paradigm of TCM translation research.Based on the principles of comprehensiveness,representativeness and popularity of the translated versions,the corpus of Huangdi Neijing can pro-vide authentic language materials for TCM translation research,data resources for exploring the translation rules of TCM terms and classics,objective standards for the comparative study of culture-loaded English translation of TCM terms and reasonable translations,and effective guidance for TCM classic translation research and TCM English teaching.
