The Application of Feynman Technique Combined with TBL Teaching Method in the Geriatric Disease of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Objective To explore the teaching effect of Feynman technique combined with team-based learning(TBL)teaching method in the teaching of geriatric diseases of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Students majoring in integrative traditional Chi-nese and Western medicine in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in Grade 2017 and Grade 2018 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group of 35 students and experimental group of 35 students.Traditional teaching mode and Feyn-man technique combined TBL teaching method were adopted,respectively.After the end of the course,the test scores,answering time and satisfaction questionnaire results of the two groups of students were compared and analyzed.Results The pass rate of experimental group was 91.43%(32/35),which was significantly higher than that of control group(88.57%,31/35),and the answering time of experi-mental group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey show that most stu-dents agree that Feynman technique combined with TBL teaching method improves their learning interest and problem-solving ability.Conclusion Feynman technique combined with TBL teaching mode can improve the students'initiative,help to improve the exam pass rate,improve the teaching quality of TCM geriatric diseases,and have further popularization value.
