The Application of Massage Operation Practice and Teacher-guided Mixed Teaching in the Teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation
Objective To explore the effect of massage operation practice and teacher-guided mixed teaching in the teaching of tradi-tional Chinese medicine rehabilitation.Methods Sixty students majoring in traditional Chinese Medicine rehabilitation technology in Zhaoqing Medical College in Grade 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 students in each group.The control group adopted the routine practice mode,and the experimental group adopted the practice and teaching practice mode.After 16 weeks,the results of theoretical and clinical ability assessment,teaching effect evaluation and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After the teaching,theoretical assessment and clinical ability assessment scores of the experi-mental group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In addition to the in-class assessment,the other 5 di-mensions of teaching effect evaluation of the experimental group,including learning interest,teaching enthusiasm,teaching clarity and knowledge extension,group interaction,and case evaluation,were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the students in the experimental group was 96.67%(29/30),which was better than that of the control group(83.33%,25/30),and the satisfaction of the teaching method was 86.67%(26/30),which was better than that of the control group(70.00%,21/30)(P<0.05).Con-clusion Massage operation practice and teacher-guided mixed teaching can improve the clinical comprehensive ability of students ma-joring in traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation technology,strengthen their mastery of massage technology and improve teaching quality,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
