摘要

"以法统方"和"随证治之"是临床遣方用药的重要思路,也是方剂学教学中备受重视的教学思路.文章从"以法统方"和"随证治之"的理论源头展开讨论,介绍教学实践中按照"证-法-方-药"的逻辑顺序进行讲解,并兼顾"随证治之"的药味加减思路,体现方药体系中"方随法出,法随证立"的逻辑关系和"观其脉证,知犯何逆,随证治之"的中医临证思维,有利于提高方剂学课程的教学效果,培养学生辨证论治的临证思路并构建中医思维模式.

Abstract

"Guiding the formula with prescribing method"and"treating according to syndromes"are two main ideas of selecting proper formula and then prescribing proper medicines,and also major teaching content of the course of Formulas of Chinese Medicine.Starting from the theoretical source of"guiding the formula with prescribing method"and"treating according to syndromes",this pa-per introduced that the teaching practice follows the logical sequence of"syndrome-method-formula-medicine"and combines the medicine modification idea of"treating according to syndromes",which reflects the logical relationship of"formula prescribed accord-ing to method and method determined according to syndrome"and TCM syndrome differentiation of"observing the pulse syndrome,knowing what is wrong,and treating according to syndrome".This is conducive to improving the teaching effect of the course of Formu-las of Chinese Medicine,and also favorable for cultivating students'clinical thinking based on syndrome differentiation and treatment,so as to construct a mode of TCM thinking.
