The theory of transport-transform from spleen and stomach in Huangdi Neijing emphasizes three aspects which cover syn-ergy(emphasizes the synergy of spleen and stomach),spleen governs transportation,stomach dominates transformation.Based on this theory of Huangdi Neijing,Treatise on Febrile Diseases of Zhang Zhongjing extremely stress spleen-stomach theory,and is reflected in so many prescriptions.The Linggui prescription includes Wuling powder(Wuling powder),Fuling Gancao decoction,Linggui Zhugan decoction and Linggui Ganzao decoction.The discussion of the prescription regularity from the Linggui prescription which is based on the theory of transport-transform from spleen and stomach in Huangdi Neijing will do benefit to comprehend the ideology of spleen and stomach function,classic and guide clinical practice.
