Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of postoperative breast cancer mood changes liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 64 postoperative breast cancer patients in Shangyou County People's Hospital were studied as research subjects and divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with psychological intervention,and the observation group was treated with modified Xiaoyao powder for 8 weeks.The therapeutic effect,TCM symptom score,immune function index,inflammatory index,negative emotion score and quality of life score were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 78.12％(25/32),which was higher than that of the control group(50.00％,16/32)(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the inflammation index,negative emotion score and TCM symptom score in the observation group were lower,and the immune function index and quality of life score were improved more sig-nificantly(P＜0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Modified Xiaoyao can improve im-mune function,reduce inflammatory response,improve negative mood,improve quality of life,and have good safety in postoperative breast cancer patients.
