Wei-qi-ying-xue theory is an important basic theory in the study of epidemic febrile diseases.By dividing the disease into 4 stages as follows:Weifen syndrome,Qifen syndrome,Yingfen syndrome and Xuefen syndrome,the treatment of exogenous febrile dis-ease is discussed in stages.Taking advantage of the situation is an important therapeutic principle in traditional Chinese medicine.In this case,it reflected in the"giving pathogen a way out".Adult-onset Still's disease is an autoimmune disease characterized by fever,arthralgia and rash.Western medicine has limited means of diagnosis and treatment.In this article,according to an adult-onset Still's disease was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,discussed the application of syndrome differentiation of Wei-qi-ying-xue and taking advantage of the situation in adult-onset Still's disease.
