Constant Temperature Thunder Fire Moxibustion Combined with Abdominal Acupuncture in the Treatment of Cervical Vertigo of Qi and Blood Deficiency Type
Objective To study the clinical effect of constant temperature thunder fire moxibustion combined with abdominal acupunc-ture on cervical vertigo of qi and blood deficiency type.Methods A total of 64 cases of cervical vertigo patients with qi and blood defi-ciency admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group,two cases in both groups were dropped out.The treatment group was treated with constant temperature thunder fire moxibustion combined with abdominal acupuncture,and the control group was treated with oral betaximate tablets.Vertigo symptoms and improvement of vertigo disorder were compared be-tween the two groups after 13 days of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%,24/30)(P<0.05).The decrease of vertigo degree score in the treatment group was signifi-cantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Constant temperature thunder fire moxibustion combined with abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of cervical vertigo of qi and blood deficiency type can effectively relieve the vertigo symptoms of patients,its clinical comprehensive efficacy is better than betastine hydrochloride,has the advantage of no side effects,is an effective treatment for cervical vertigo,and is worthy of clinical application.
