Acupoint Selection Rule of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Migraine Based on Data Mining
Objective To study the acupoint selection rule of acupuncture in the treatment of migraine in recent 5 years based on data mining.Methods Literature related to the treatment of migraine by acupuncture(including integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine)was searched in CNKI,VIP and WANFANG databases from January 1,2017 to July 3,2022,and the composition of acu-puncture points was extracted.The frequency statistics,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and other functions of traditional Chi-nese medicine inheritance computing platform V3.0 were used to calculate the frequency of different acupoints and analyze the com-patibility rules of acupoints and the association and clustering effects.Results A total of 66 literatures were included,and 107 acu-point prescriptions were selected,involving 114 acupoints,and a total of 13 acupoints with a frequency of use more than 20,including Fengchi(GB20),Shuaigu(GB8),Taiyang(EX-HN5)etc.The acupoint meridians with frequency of use more than 1 are mainly the Sha-oyang gallbladder channel of foot.Acupoints are mainly distributed in the head,neck and limbs.There are 9 commonly used acu-points,and the support of Fengchi(GB20)-Shuaigu(GB8)is the highest.When they are grouped into 3 categories,the clustering effect is better.Conclusion The matching points of migraine focus on the combination of distance,yin and yang,up and down,and use the classic matching points principles of distance,exterior and interior meridians to alleviate the clinical symptoms of migraine patients.
