基于网络药理学及分子对接研究健脾息风汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的作用机制

目的 通过网络药理学及分子对接方法,研究健脾息风汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的作用机制.方法 在中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台(TCMSP)上,对健脾息风汤进行活性成分和预测;利用3个数据库,搜索IBS-D的相关靶点.挑选二者共同靶点,进行化合物-疾病共同靶点蛋白相互分析,再进行基因本体论(GO)分析和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路富集分析.结果 筛选出共同靶点152个.将共同靶点进行GO功能分析和KEGG通路富集分析,得到主要通路.结论 健脾息风汤中的活性成分槲皮素等,通过白细胞介素(IL)-17信号通路等,作用于IL-6等靶点,体现了该方多成分、多靶点、多通路治疗IBS-D的特点.
Study on the Mechanism of Action of Jianpi Xifeng Decoction in the Treatment of Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome Based on Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking
Objective To investigate the mechanism of action of Jianpi Xifeng decoction in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irri-table bowel syndrome(IBS-D)by means of network pharmacology and molecular docking methods.Methods The active ingredients and predictions of Jianpi Xifeng decoction were performed on TCMSP,and three databases were utilized to search for the relevant tar-gets of IBS-D.The common targets were then selected for compound-disease common target protein interactions.The common targets were then selected and analyzed by compound-disease common target protein interactions,followed by gene ontology(GO)analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis.Results A total of 152 common targets were screened out,and the common targets were subjected to GO functional analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis to obtain the major pathways.Conclusion The active ingredient in the tonic,slackin,acts on IL6 and other targets through the IL-17 signaling path-way,reflecting the multi-component,multi-target,and multi-pathway treatment of IBS-D in the tonic.
