Optimal Study on the Matrix Formula of Shuangbai Gel Plaster
Objective To optimize the matrix formulation of Shuangbai gel plaster.Methods The L9(34)orthogonal test design method was used,and the coating-related indicators,forming-related indicators,initial adhesion,holding adhesion performance and peel strength were taken as the evaluation basis to determine the matrix formulation and forming process of Shuangbai gel plaster.Results In this experiment,the preferred matrix formulation of Shuangbai gel plaster was NP-700∶Carbomer∶Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose∶Extract amount=200∶20∶20∶260.Conclusion The Shuangbai gel plaster prepared with this matrix formulation has good integrity and color uniformity of the plaster,good viscoelasticity,basically no residue during peeling,large drug loading capacity of the plaster,and the preparation process is stable and feasible.
