Zhuang Medicine's Meridians Acupuncture Combined with Zhuang Medicine Jiedu Zhitong Liquid in the Treatment of Gout Arthritis of Accumulated Dampness-Toxicity Syndrome
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhuang medicine meridians acupuncture combined with Zhuang medicine Jiedu Zhitong liquid in the treatment of gout arthritis(GA)of accumulated dampness-toxicity syndrome.Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into three groups according to the order of treatment.The treatment group was treated with Zhuang medicine meridians acupuncture combined with Zhuang medicine Jiedu Zhitong liquid,while the control group was treated with oral Lornoxicam dispersing tablets alone,with a course of 7 days lasting 3 courses.The clinical effects,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,TCM syn-drome scores and the expression levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)before and after treat-ment were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.00％(27/30),which was better than that of control group(80.00％,24/30)(P＜0.05).After treatment,VAS scores,TCM syndrome scores,hs-CRP and IL-6 expression lev-els of both groups were decreased,After treatment,the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Zhuang medicine meridians acupuncture combined with Zhuang medicine Jiedu Zhitong liquid has a good clinical effect on GA dampness and toxicity accumulation syndrome,which can reduce the expression level of hs-CRP and IL-6 in patients.This may be one of the mechanisms of action of the therapy.
