Snake-like Moxibustion on Improving the Quality Score and Suitable Body Surface Temperature of the People with Yang Deficiency Constitution
Objective To observe the effect of snake-like moxibustion on improving the quality score of yang deficiency and the appropri-ate body surface temperature of people with yang deficiency.Methods A total of 90 patients with yang deficiency constitution were ran-domly divided into Du meridian snake-like moxibustion group,bladder meridian snake-like moxibustion group,and infrared ray group.The score of Yang deficiency and the clinical effect of the three groups were observed before and after treatment.The temperature recorder was used to record the body surface temperature of the snake-like moxibustion group and the correlation between the temperature and the effect was analyzed.Results After treatment,the quality scores of yang deficiency in the three groups were lower than before,and the Du meridian snake-like moxibustion group was the best(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the Du meridian snake-like moxibustion group was 80.00%(24/30),which was higher than that of the bladder meridian snake-like moxibustion group(53.33%,16/30)and the infrared ray group(30.00%,9/30)(P<0.05).The body surface temperature of the patients with total effective treatment in Du meridian snake-like moxibustion group was higher than that of the patients with ineffective treatment(P<0.05).The heat pain temperature and tolerance tem-perature perceived on the body surface of the patients in the Du meridian snake-like moxibustion group were significantly higher than those in the bladder meridian snake-like moxibustion group(P<0.05).Conclusion Snake-like moxibustion can effectively improve the yang deficiency constitution,and the best effect is Du meridian snake-like moxibustion.The effect of moxibustion is positively correlated with body surface temperature,but it is not that the higher the temperature,the better the effect,but that there is an optimal temperature threshold slightly higher than the body temperature between the patient's appropriate temperature and the tolerance temperature.
