Intradermal Needling of Strengthening the Body Resistance and Invigorating the Spleen Combined with Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Stage Ⅰ Shoulder Hand Syndrome after Stroke
Objective To study the effect of intradermal needling of strengthening the body resistance and invigorating the spleen com-bined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of stage Ⅰ shoulder hand syndrome(SHS)after stroke. Methods A total of 62 patients with SHS stage Ⅰ after stroke were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 31 cases in each group.Rehabili-tation training was given to the control group, and intradermal needling of strengthening the body resistance and invigorating the spleen combined with rehabilitation training was given to the experimental group. The upper limb motor function, pain and degree of hand edema of the two groups were averaged using the upper limb simple Fugl-Meyer score, visual analogue scale(VAS)score and hand edema score, and the clinical efficacy was compared. Results After treatment, the upper limb Fugl-Meyer score,VAS score and edema score of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was 90.32%(28/31),which was higher than that of control group(67.74%,21/31)(P<0.05).Conclusion The intradermal needling of strengthening the body resistance and invigorating the spleen combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of SHS stage Ⅰ af-ter stroke can improve the degree of shoulder pain and edema and promote the recovery of upper limb motor function.
