Acupuncture Combined with Medication Penetration in the Treatment of Shoulder Hand Syndrome after Stroke
Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with medication penetration therapy in the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with post-stroke shoulder hand syndrome diagnosed and treated in Community Health Service Center of Shanghang Road Street in Hedong District from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into two groups based on the differences in treatment methods.The control group consisted of 40 patients who received routine rehabilitation treatment alone,while the observation group consisted of 40 patients who received acupuncture combined with medication penetration treatment on the basis of rehabilitation treatment.After treatment,the treatment effects,FMA,VAS,and ADL scores of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed and summarized.Results After treatment,FMA,VAS and ADL scores were significantly different between the two groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).FMA and ADL scores in the obser-vation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and VAS scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%(38/40),which was significantly higher than that of 75.0%(30/40)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with medication penetration therapy has a significant synergistic effect on the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke compared to routine rehabilitation training.
