目的 探究自制三联式乙醇冰袋联合中药外敷对胫腓骨骨折患者早期肿胀的临床效果.方法 进行回顾性研究,将60例胫腓骨骨折患者分为对照组及观察组,各30例.对照组运用传统冰敷,观察组运用自制三联式乙醇冰袋冰敷联合中药外敷.观察两组患者伤后24h、48h的骨折部位肿胀评分,疼痛程度数字评定量表(NRS)评分以及住院时间、治疗满意度、护理满意度,以评价临床疗效.结果 观察组住院时间少于对照组(P＜0.05).与对照组相比,观察组伤后48 h NRS评分、骨折部位肿胀评分均显著下降(P＜0.05).观察组治疗满意度90.00％(27/30)高于对照组的66.67％(20/30)(P＜0.05),治疗总有效率90.00％(27/30)高于对照组的66.67％(20/30)(P＜0.05).结论 自制三联式乙醇冰袋联合中药外敷用于胫腓骨骨折患者可早期消除患肢肿胀,减轻患者疼痛,缩短住院时间,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用.
The Application of Self-made Triple Ethanol Ice Bag in the Treatment of Early Swelling of Tibia and Fibula Fractures
Objective To explore the effect of self-made triple alcohol ice bag combined with external application of traditional Chi-nese medicine on early swelling of patients with tibia and fibula fractures.Methods A retrospective study was conducted.A total of 60 patients with tibiofibular fractures were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The control group was treated with traditional ice pack,and the observation group was treated with self-made triple ethanol ice pack.The swelling score of fracture site,NRS pain score,length of stay,treatment satisfaction and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients 24 hours and 48 hours after injury were observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results The hospitalization time of observation group was less than that of control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the NRS score and the swelling score of the fracture site in the observation group at 48 h after injury were significantly decreased(P＜0.05).The treatment satisfaction of observation group was 90.00％(27/30),which was higher than that of control group(66.67％,20/30)(P＜0.05),the total effective rate was 90.00％(27/30),which was higher than that of control group(66.67％,20/30)(P＜0.05).Conclusion The self-made triple ethanol ice bag combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine can early eliminate the swelling of the affected limb,relieve the pain of the patient,shorten the hospital stay,and has significant clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
