Blossom Needle Combined with Shouwu Qianghuo Decoction in Treating Alopecia Areata of Deficiency of Liver and Kidney Type
Objective To observe the clinic effect of blossom needle combined with Shouwu Qianghuo decoction in treating alopecia areata(AA)of deficiency of liver and kidney type.Methods A total of 62 AA patients with deficiency of liver and kidney type treated in Dalian Dermatology Hospital from January 2020 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group by using the digital random table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Shouwu Qianghuo decoction,and the treatment group was treated with plum blossom needle therapy on the basis of the control group.Five weeks was a course for 2 consecutive courses.The curative effects of 1 course and 2 courses were compared between the two groups.Results After one course of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 58.06％(18/31),which was higher than that of control group(25.81％,8/31)(P＜0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.87％(26/31),which was higher than that of the control group(48.39％,15/31)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Blossom needle com-bined with Shouwu Qianghuo decoction in treating AA of deficiency of liver and kidney type,the total effective rate is high,the ad-verse reaction is less,and the clinical effect is better.
