Effect of Bone Injury Manipulation Combined with Oral Administration of Chinese Medicine and Warming Needle Moxibustion on Lumbar Disc Herniation
Objective To explore the effect of bone injury manipulation combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine and warming needle moxibustion on patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods The patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Jingzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research cases.During the period from January 2021 to De-cember 2022,84 patients were randomly selected and divided into two groups.Forty-two patients in the control group were treated with bone injury manipulation, while 42 patients in the experimental group were treated with bone injury manipulation combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine and warming needle moxibustion. The lumbar function and pain before and after treatment[vi-sual analogue scale(VAS)score]of the two groups were observed and recorded, and the clinical efficacy was compared. Results After treatment, the subjective symptoms, clinical features, ability of daily living and bladder function of the experimental group were better than those of control group(P<0.05),and the VAS score was lower(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was 92.86%(39/42),which was higher than that of control group(76.19%,32/42)(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with lumbar disc herniation, the bone injury manipulation combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine and warming needle moxibustion has significant effect.
