Warming Lung and Kidney and Expelling Phlegm and Removing Blood Stasis Method Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of warming lung and kidney and expelling phlegm and removing blood method com-bined with Budesonide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 80 patients with COPD ad-mitted to Wuyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to November 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.Conventional Western medicine treatment was used as the control group,and the observation group was treated with warming lung and kidney and removing phlegm and blood stasis method combined with Budesonide.Both groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment.The therapeutic effect and drug safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00％(38/40),which was higher than that of the control group(77.50％,31/40)(P＜0.05).After treatment,forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),total lung volume(TLC)and peak expiratory flow rate in the first second to the predicted value(PEF％pred)were increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the partial oxygen pressure(PaO2)and oxygen saturation(SaO2)of both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)and base excess(BE)levels were decreased,and the observa-tion group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions be-tween the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of warming lung and kidney and expelling phlegm and removing blood sta-sis with Budesonide in the treatment of COPD can improve lung function and blood gas condition,which is effective and safe.
