Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic tension-free hernioplasty combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 90 patients with inguinal hernia who were admitted from January 2020 to De-cember 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.The selected patients were randomly divided into groups according to the or-der of admission.The control group of 45 cases received simple laparoscopic tension-free hernia repair.The study group of 45 cases received laparoscopic tension-free hernia repair combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction.Pain score,hospital stay,postoperative recur-rence rate and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were observed.Results After surgery,the pain score,hospital stay and postoperative recurrence rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the scores and total scores of TCM symptoms were significantly better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistical significance in the occur-rence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic tension-free hernioplasty combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction in the treatment of inguinal hernia can effectively shorten the hospital stay of patients,relieve pain,im-prove the symptoms of patients with insufficient air,and reduce the recurrence rate after surgery.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
