摘要
白术是一味传统的中药材,首载于《神农本草经》,具有悠久的药用历史以及丰厚的药用价值.白术中所含的内酯类成分与白术的药效有着巨大的联系,特别是对恶性肿瘤、神经元凋亡、肠胃炎症反应、肝纤维化等疾病的治疗,有着十分显著的效果.文章对近10年内白术内酯的化学结构及相关药理研究进行整理归纳,发现白术内酯Ⅰ、白术内酯Ⅱ、白术内酯Ⅲ为研究最多、活性最为显著的白术内酯类成分.白术内酯类成分的研究与开发,为阿尔茨海默病、恶性肿瘤等疑难杂症的治疗提供了新策略.
Abstract
Rhizoma macrocephala,as a traditional Chinese medicine,was first recorded in Shennong Classic of Materia Medica.It has a long history of medicinal use and rich medicinal value.Based on relevant research,it was found that atractylenolides contained in Rhizoma macrocephala,have a great relationship with the medicinal effects including malignant tumors,neuronal apoptosis,gastroin-testinal inflammatory,liver fibrosis,and other diseases.In this study,the chemical structure and pharmacological studies of atractyle-nolides contained in Rhizoma macrocephala were summarized.Atractylenolide Ⅰ,atractylenolide Ⅱ,and atractylenolide Ⅲ were fre-quently studied and identified as active components.The investigation of atractylenolides contained in Rhizoma macrocephala pro-vides new strategies for the treatment of intractable diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and malignant tumors.
