针刺治疗支气管哮喘的表观遗传学机制研究进展

近10年,表观遗传调控作为一种新策略被引入到针刺治疗中,但针刺治疗支气管哮喘的表观遗传学机制尚不明确.文章于Web of Science数据库及知网数据库中搜集、总结大量有关针刺、支气管哮喘、表观遗传学的文献后,发现DNA甲基化、微小核糖核苷酸(miRNAs)调节机制在支气管哮喘发病和针刺治疗中具有重要意义.文章探讨针刺治疗支气管哮喘的表观遗传学机制,同时揭露其研究中的空白和缺陷,为后续的机制研究和临床运用提供新启示.
Research Progress on Epigenetic Mechanism of Acupuncture in Treating Bronchial Asthma
Epigenetic regulation has been introduced as a new strategy to study the regulatory mechanism of acupuncture treatment in the last decade,but the epigenetic mechanism of acupuncture for bronchial asthma is still unclear.A large amount of literature on acu-puncture,bronchial asthma and epigenetics was collected from the Web of Science and CNKI database and found that DNA methyla-tion,regulation by miRNAs mechanisms are important in the development of bronchial asthma and acupuncture treatment.This paper explored their mechanisms while exposing the gaps and deficiencies in epigenetic studies of bronchial acupuncture for bronchial asthma,and provide new insights into the mechanistic studies and clinical use of acupuncture for bronchial asthma.
