Discussion on the Development of Small Class Teaching Mode in Higher Education——Taking Huatuo Class of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Major in Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an Example
In the context of today's rapid economic development in China,the demand for high-quality talents in the society is in-creasing,and higher requirements are put forward for the quality of education in colleges and universities.However,the current large class teaching mode adopted by most colleges and universities is difficult to deliver a large number of high-quality talents for the fast-developing social economy,both in terms of teaching methods and teaching management.Therefore,the small class teaching mode with reduced class size and improved teacher-student ratio is a new beacon of teaching reform.Small class teaching is conducive to teachers to teach according to students'characteristics,improve the active teaching process,and make fuller use of teaching re-sources.
