Scenario Simulation Teaching of Cardiovascular Emergency in the Standardized Training for Resident Doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Objective To evaluate the role of scenario simulation teaching of cardiovascular emergency in the standardized training for resident doctors of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods Between January 2021 and December 2021,88 students who stud-ied cardiovascular in the standardized training base for TCM residents of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine were included.All students were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was adopted the situational simulation teaching method.The control group was used traditional teaching method.The test scores,Mini-clinical practice assess-ment(Mini-CEX)scores,teaching satisfaction and the evaluation of the experimental group on the teaching effect of each scenario simulation were observed.Results The scores and total scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of Mini-CEX were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.7%(43/44),which was higher than that of the control group(79.5%,35/44)(P<0.01).Conclusion The scenario simulation teaching of cardiovascular emergency was carried out in the clinical teaching of TCM residents,and good teaching effect was obtained.This method can improve the students'learning enthusiasm,improve the quality and efficiency of the training,and is worth populariz-ing in clinical teaching.
