Master-apprentice education is an important mode of training TCM talents.In the process of TCM development,taking Wu's medical school as an example,Wu's medical school has accumulated rich teaching experience and trained a large number of TCM talents.With the progress of The Times and the development of education situation,through studying the teaching mode of Wu's medical school since Ming and Qing Dynasties,the authors constantly improved and test the teaching work in the present,and put forward the exploration directions of emphasizing classics and practice,wide entry and strict entry and prominent characteristics,so as to improve the training effect of modern traditional Chinese medicine talents.
