Discussion on the Clinical Value of Shengyu Decoction in the Treatment of Renal Anemia Based on Immune Regulation and Antioxidation
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shengyu decoction combined with Western medicine on renal anemia and its in-fluence on immune regulation and oxidative stress.Methods A total of 80 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients with moderate renal anemia were randomly divided into two equal groups.The control group was treated with erythropoietic stimulant and iron,while the observation group was treated with Shengyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect of syndrome before and after treatment,detect the changes of Hb(hemoglobin),HCT(hematocrit),Tlymphocyte subsets,MDA(malondialdehyde),SOD(superox-ide dismutase),CRP(C-reactive protein)and IL-6(interleukin 6)before and after treatment were observed,and the adverse reactions of drugs were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50％(35/40),which was higher than that of the control group(70.00％,28/40)(P＜0.05).After treatment,the level of T lymphocyte subsets in observation group was improved,and was better than that in control group(P＜0.05).Hb and Hct water levels in 2 groups were higher than before treatment,and higher than con-trol group(P＜0.05);MDA decreased and SOD increased in the observation group,which was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in CRP and IL-6 levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P＞0.05).Con-clusion Shengyu decoction combined with Western medicine can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with renal ane-mia,reduce oxidative stress reaction,regulate immune status,and has high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
