Anal fistula,also known as anorectal fistula,is a common underlying disease in anorectology.It is the second most common anorectal disease after hemorrhoids.Most patients are 20 to 40 years old,and it occurs in men.The main symptoms of anal fistula are pain,recurrent drainage of pus or feces,itching and peripheral flaking.High anal fistula is a common type of anal fistula,and its fis-tula and its branches are above the anal raphe and rectal ring,which has the characteristics of complex travel,high location and curved fistula.High anal fistula hanging is a traditional surgical method,with its"simple","convenient","inexpensive"and"experi-mental"features.It has become the conventional treatment for high anal fistula in modern anorectal medicine in China,and it follows the treatment principle of"different from fistula to fistula"according to the different conditions to obtain good treatment results.
