Oral Administration of Huoluo Xiaoling Mini-pill Combined with Shoulder Arthroscopy in the Treatment of Frozen Shoulder
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huoluo Xiaoling mini-pill combined with arthroscopy in the treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods A total of 46 patients with frozen shoulder admitted to Taihe Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to November 2022 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 23 cases each.The study group was treated by oral administration of Huoluo Xiaoling mini-pill combined with shoulder arthroscopy,while the control group was treated by simple shoulder arthroscopy,and was followed up for 6 months.The difference of VAS,UCLA,Constant-Murley scores before and after the treatment of the two groups was compared,the range of motion of the shoulder joint was compared to evaluate the shoulder joint func-tion of the two groups of patients,the rehabilitation of frozen shoulder within 6 months after the treatment were observed,and the pa-tients'satisfaction with the treatment was collected.Results VAS score of study group was significantly lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).The UCLA score,ASES score and Constant-Murley score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The degree of shoulder joint activity in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of Huoluo Xiaoling mini-pill combined with arthroscopy in the treatment of frozen shoulder can effectively relieve the pain response of patients,and the function of shoulder joint can recover faster after operation,with higher patient satisfaction,which is worthy of further clinical verification and promotion.
