目的 分析宁波市大学生中医体质分布,探讨其偏颇体质之间的相关性.方法 采用横断面调查方法对在校大学生进行中医体质测评.结果 大学生体质分布依次为混合型偏颇体质、平和质、单纯型偏颇体质;男性平和质、痰湿质比例高于女性,混合型偏颇体质、血瘀质比例低于女性(P<0.05);虚实两类体质之间、各型体质与其兼夹体质均具有相关性(P<0.05),虚证体质以气虚质、实证体质以气郁质相关性最强.结论 大学生中医体质以虚证体质为主,各兼杂体质之间有明显相关性,偏颇体质形成与气的功能异常密切相关,气虚质与气郁质分别对虚证体质与实证体质的形成有重要影响.
Investigate on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution and Correlation among Biased Constitutions of College Students in Ningbo
Objective To study the classification of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitutions and the correlation among biased constitutions of college students.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted to evaluate the TCM constitution of college stu-dents.Results The types of constitution were mixed biased constitution,balanced constitution and simple biased constitution.The pro-portion of balanced constitution and phlegm-dampness constitution in male were higher than that in female,the proportion of mixed bi-ased constitution and blood stasis constitution were lower than that in female(P<0.05).There was correlation between the excess syn-drome constitutions and deficiency syndromes constitutions,among all types of constitution and their hybrid constitutions(P<0.05).The strongest correlation were qi-deficiency constitution in deficiency syndromes constitutions and qi stagnation constitution in excess syndrome constitutions.Conclusion The deficiency syndrome constitution was the main in students.There was an obvious correlation among all the mixed constitutions,and the formation of the biased constitutions were closely related to the abnormal function of qi,the qi-deficiency constitution and the qi stagnation constitution had important effects on the deficiency syndrome constitution and the ex-cess syndrome constitution respectively.
