Moxa Box Moxibustion Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing Nursing in the Treatment of Apoplectic Spastic Hemiplegia
Objective To comprehensively evaluate the clinical nursing effect of moxa box moxibustion combined with traditional Chi-nese medicine fumigation and washing treatment on patients with apoplectic spastic hemiplegia.Methods A total of 60 patients with stroke spastic hemiplegia who were hospitalized and treated in Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected.All enrolled patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.The control group of 30 cases received routine nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment pro-gram.The experimental group was combined with moxa box moxibustion on the basis of control group.The changes of Fugl-Meyer Mo-tor Function Scale(FMA)score,clinical spasmodic index(CSI)score and clinical nursing satisfaction index before and after treatment were observed.Results After clinical treatment,FMA scores and CSI scores of experimental group were better than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in experimental group was 96.67％(29/30),which was higher than that in control group(76.67％,23/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Moxa box moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing therapy can significantly improve the level of limb motor function in patients with stroke spastic hemiplegia,alleviate joint and muscle spasmodic pain,effectively inhibit the progress of limb disuse atrophy in patients,dredge the meridians and activate the collaterals,strengthen the muscles and bones,and eliminate arthralgia.The clinical nursing effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
