Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined with Triple Antimicrobial Therapy in the Treatment of Plasma Cell Mastitis
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Chaihu Shugan powder combined with triple antimicrobial therapy on plasma cell mastitis. Methods Sixty patients with plasma cell mastitis in Xiushui County First People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into groups by random number table method. The control group of 30 cases was treated with triple antimicrobial therapy(isoniazid, rifampicin with pyrazinamide. The observation group of 30 cases was treated with modified Chaihu Shugan powder on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, maximum diameter of the mass, degree of pain, incidence of adverse effects and recurrence rate of the 2 groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.00%(27/30),which was significantly higher than that of control group(66.67%,20/30)(P<0.05).After treatment, the op-eration rate, the maximum diameter of the mass, the degree of pain, the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate at 3 months and 6 months of follow-up in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Chaihu Shugan powder combined with triple antimicrobial therapy in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis can significantly shrink the lesion, improve the clinical symptoms and pain level, reduce the risk of recurrence, has a high safety profile, and has clinical value for promotion.
