Hufu Tongbian Scraping along Meridians Combined with Skin Regeneration Technique in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot of Wagner Ⅰ-Ⅲ Grade
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Hufu Tongbian scraping along meridians combined with skin regeneration technology in the treatment of diabetes foot of Wagner Ⅰ-Ⅲ grade.Methods Eighty patients with diabetes foot of Wagner Ⅰ-Ⅲ grade in Ganyu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by coin toss method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional therapy,while the observation group was treated with Hufu Tongbian scraping along meridians combined with skin regeneration technology.The scores of clinical symptoms and signs were measured using the clinical symptoms and signs grading scale before and after treatment for 1 month,and the wound healing index and the total effective rate of treatment were counted and compared.Results The wound healing index and the score of clinical symptoms and signs after 1 month of treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the total effective rate of treatment was 100.00％(40/40),which was higher than that of the control group(92.50％,37/40)(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of diabetes foot of Wagner Ⅰ-Ⅲ grade,Hufu Tongbian scraping along meridians combined with skin regeneration technology has a definite effect,and the wound healing and clinical symptoms and signs are improved better,which can be used as a pre selected treatment scheme.
