Huayu Zhitong Decoction Combined with Mifepristone in the Treatment of Dysmenorrhea Endometriosis
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Huayu Zhitong decoction combined with mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 80 patients with endometriosis dysmenorrhea admitted to Penglai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,while the study group was treated with Huayu Zhitong decoction and mifepristone.Dysmenorrhea scores,hemorheology indexes,adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the dysmenorrhea score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the hemorheologi-cal indexes such as high incision blood viscosity,low incision blood viscosity,medium incision blood viscosity and blood viscosity were lower than those of the control group,the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistical significance(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00％(2/40),which was lower than that in the control group(25.00,10/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combina-tion of Huayu Zhitong decoction and mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea can reduce pain,improve hemorheol-ogy,reduce adverse reactions and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
