The Mechanism of Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Combined with Anxiety and Depression Based on Network Pharmacology
Objective To explore the mechanism of Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction(CLMD)in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with anxiety and depression through network pharmacology.Methods Using databases such as TCMSP to obtain drug tar-gets for CLMD,GeneCards and OMIM databases to obtain disease targets.Application of Cytoscape 3.9.1 to build a"drug-component-disease-target"network,GO and KEGG enrichment to analyze biological processes and major pathways.Results Querce-tin,kaempferol,β-sitosterol,stigmasterol and baicalein in CLMD are key components,involving 40 targets including ALB,AKT1,IL-6,TP53 and TNF.GO and KEGG analyses showed that the mechanism of action was related to AGE-RAGE,fluid shear stress and ath-erosclerosis,C-type lectin receptor,PI3K-Akt,FoxO and other pathways.Conclusion This study confirms the multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway mechanism of CLMD in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with anxiety and depressive states,providing a theoretical basis for the treatment of double heart disease.
