In recent years,more and more patients with hyperuricemia and gout are no longer a single onset,but often associated with metabolic diseases such as obesity,hypertension,glucolipid metabolism disorders and so on,which not only seriously affects the qual-ity of life of patients,but also increases the difficulty of clinical treatment.Although Western medicine has a clear curative effect in the treatment of such diseases,it still has its disadvantages,and traditional Chinese medicine has unique clinical advantages in the treatment of this disease.The author mainly consulted the clinical related literature on the treatment of hyperuricemia and gout with metabolic diseases in traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,and summarized the clinical research and progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease,so as to provide medication basis for clinical treatment of hyperuricemia and gout with metabolic diseases and broaden the thinking.
