As a leading institution in education opening to the outside world and cultural exchanges between China and foreign coun-tries,the Confucius Institute of TCM is a platform and carrier for disseminating Chinese language and culture as well as TCM knowl-edge.Central and Eastern Europe is an important junction of the"the Belt and Road",with complex and sensitive geopolitics,economy and culture.Taking the Confucius Institute of Chinese Medicine in Slovakia as the research object,this paper analyzed the development status,prospects and future strategies,aiming at strengthening public opinion of traditional Chinese medicine culture,im-proving the discourse power of traditional Chinese medicine profession,telling good stories of traditional Chinese medicine and spread-ing the voice of China.
