摘要

基于湖北医药学院附属太和医院(第一临床学院)技能培训中心现有教学模式和设备,制定了"线上资源平台建设""线下资源平台建设""基本技能与综合能力培养""过程性评价"和"综合能力评估"5个部分.经技能直接观察(DOPS)考核法评估,住院医师规范化培训医师(以下简称"规培生")对上述5个部分的评价为优和良的占87.80%(972/1107)~91.33%(1011/1107),评价为中的占 7.32%(81/1107)~12.20%(135/1107),评价为差的仅占 0.45%(5/1107)~2.71%(30/1107).另有77.87%(862/1107)的规培生认为培训方案设计符合认知过程、很合理,20.14%(223/1107)认为合理,仅1.36%(15/1107)认为不合理、0.63%(7/1107)认为很不合理.DOPS满意度调查结果符合预想,提示中心平台建设、培训方案设计及考核办法总体合理,规培生对此高度认可.规培生临床技能水平大幅提升,为进一步改进技能教学、建设"金课"及全面建设智慧技能培训中心打下了坚实基础.

Abstract

Based on the existing teaching mode and equipment of the Skills Training Center of Taihe Hospital(The First Clinical Col-lege)affiliated to Hubei University of Medicine,five parts,"online resource platform construction","offline resource platform con-struction","basic skills and comprehensive ability cultivation","process evaluation"and"comprehensive ability evaluation",were formulated.According to the assessment method of direct observation of skills(DOPS),87.80%(972/1107)-91.33%(1011/1107)of the evaluation of the above five parts were rated as excellent and good,and 7.32%(81/1107)-12.20%(135/1107)were rated as medium,only 0.45%(5/1107)-2.71%(30/1107)were rated as poor.In addition,77.87%(862/1107)of the respondents thought that the training program design was in line with the cognitive process and very reasonable,20.14%(223/1107)thought it reasonable,only 1.36%(15/1107)thought it unreasonable,and 0.63%(7/1107)thought it very unreasonable.The DOPS satisfaction survey results are in line with expectations,indicating that the center platform construction,training program design and assessment methods are generally reason-able,which is highly recognized by standardized training for students.The clinical skill level of standardized training for students has been greatly improved,which has laid a solid foundation for further improving skill teaching,building"golden course"and comprehen-sively building wisdom skill training center.
