The Application of CBL Teaching Method Combined with Multiple Evaluation System for the Cultivation of Clinical Thinking Ability of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing
Objective To explore the application effect of CBL teaching method combined with multiple evaluation system on the culti-vation of nursing students'clinical thinking ability of TCM nursing.Methods A total of 80 undergraduate nursing interns were di-vided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 students in each group.The con-trol group followed the nursing program for undergraduate students and received one-to-one traditional nursing instruction.The ex-perimental group was given the teaching mode of CBL teaching method combined with multiple evaluation system.After 4 weeks,the clinical thinking ability of TCM nursing and comprehensive practice ability of TCM were evaluated.Results After teaching,the scores of clinical thinking ability,assessment scores,independent learning ability scores and nurse-patient communication ability scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclu-sion The combination of CBL teaching method and multiple evaluation system can optimize the training mode of clinical thinking of TCM nursing,improve the nursing students'clinical thinking ability of TCM nursing and clinical practice ability of TCM,and is wor-thy of promotion and application.
