番石榴叶黄酮类化学成分及其抗氧化活性研究

利用硅胶、D-101大孔树脂、Sephadex LH-20、ODS等柱色谱方法从番石榴叶乙醇浸提液的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取部位中分离得到6个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素(1)、槲皮素-3-O-α-D-阿拉伯糖苷(2)、槲皮素-3-O-α-D-核糖苷(3)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(4)、槲皮素-3-O-α-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、槲皮素-3-O-α-D-木糖苷(6).通过DPPH自由基清除能力、O2-自由基清除能力、ABTS阳离子自由基清除能力、Fe3+还原能力、总抗氧化能力检测评价了6个化合物的抗氧化活性,维生素C为阳性对照.结果表明6个黄酮类化合物均具有显著抗氧化活性.
Study on antioxidant activity of flavonoids from leaves of Psidium guajava
The present study is to study the chemical constituents from ethanol extract of Psidium guajava leaves. The constituents were separated and purified by silica gel column chromaiographios over, macroporous resin D-101, Sephadex LH-20, and ODS. Six flavonoids compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin (1), quercetin-3-O-α-D-arabinopyranoside (2), quercetin-3-O-α-D-ri-bopyranoside ( 3 ) , quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside ( 4 ) , quercetin-3-O-α-D-glucopyranoside ( 5 ) , and quercetin-3-O-α-D-xy-lpyranoside (6). The antioxidant effects of six flavonoids was evaluated by scavenging ability of DPPH, superoxide anion, ABTS·+, and reducing effect of Fe3+as well as total antioxidant capacity ( FRAP) . Vitamin C was used as positive control. The results indicated that six flavonoids exhibited significant antioxidant effects.
