摘要

对青竹标水提物化学成分进行研究,运用大孔树脂柱色谱、MCI中压柱色谱、半制备型高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,并结合化合物的理化性质和波谱学数据分析鉴定化合物结构,从青竹标水提取部位中分离并鉴定了 10 个化合物,分别为3,4-二羟基苯乙醇-8-O-[β-D-芹糖基(1→4)]-β-D-葡糖苷(1)、alternamide B(2)、3,4-二羟基苯乙醇葡萄糖苷(3)、1-(4-羟基)-苯乙基-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(4)、3,4-二羟基苯乙醇-8-O-[β-D-芹糖基(1→2)]-β-D-葡糖苷(5)、hydroxytyrosol-4-O-β-D-glu-copyranoside(6)、3,5-二羟基苯乙醇-3-O-β-D-葡糖苷(7)、红景天苷(8)、dihydroisoquinolone(9)、4-methoxybenzenepropanol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10).其中化合物 1 为新化合物,化合物 2~10 均为首次从青竹标中分离得到.利用脂多糖(LPS)诱导RAW264.7 细胞建立炎症模型,结果表明化合物 6、7 有较强的抗炎活性,化合物 1、2、5 具有中等抗炎活性.

Abstract

Macroporous resin column chromatography,MCI medium pressure column chromatography,and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography were employed to isolate the chemical components from the aqueous extract of the whole herb of Scindapsus officinalis.The structures of the compounds were identified based on the physical and chemical properties and the spectro-scopic data.Ten compounds were isolated from the aqueous extract and identified as 3,4-dihydroxyphenylethyl-8-O-[β-D-apiofurano-syl-(1→4)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),alternamide B(2),3,4-dihydroxyphenylethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),1-(4-hydroxy)-phenylethyl-β-D-galactopyranoside(4),3,4-dihydroxyphenylethyl-8-O-[β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),hydroxytyrosol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),3,5-dihydroxyphenylethyl-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),salidroside(8),dihydroiso-quinolone(9),and 4-methoxybenzenepropanol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10).Among them,compound 1 was a new one,and com-pounds 2-10 were obtained from S.officinalis for the first time.The RAW264.7 cells were exposed to lipopolysaccharide for the mode-ling of inflammation,and the cells were then used to examine anti-inflammatory activities of the compounds.The results showed that compounds 6 and 7 had strong anti-inflammatory activities,while compounds 1,2,and 5 had moderate anti-inflammatory activities.
