摘要
藁本内酯为伞形科植物当归、川芎挥发油的主要活性成分,属于苯酞类化合物,具有抗炎、镇痛、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗动脉粥样硬化、神经保护等多种药理作用,能够改善血脑屏障通透性,在神经退行性疾病和其他神经系统疾病的治疗中具有重要潜力,如阿尔茨海默病、缺血性脑卒中、帕金森病、血管性痴呆、抑郁症等.因此,通过对藁本内酯治疗神经系统疾病的作用机制进行归纳总结,为其药物开发及临床应用提供参考.
Abstract
Ligustilide is the main active component of the volatile oil from Angelica sinensis and Ligusticum chuanxiong in the Um-belliferae family.It is a phthalein compound with anti-inflammatory,analgesic,antioxidant,anti-tumor,anti-atherosclerosis,neuro-protective,and other pharmacological effects.It can improve the permeability of the blood-brain barrier and has important potential in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and other nervous system diseases,such as Alzheimer's disease,ischemic stroke,Parkin-son's disease,vascular dementia,and depression.Therefore,the mechanism of ligustilide in the treatment of nervous system diseases was summarized to provide a reference for drug development and clinical application.
