摘要
北豆根为防己科植物蝙蝠葛Menispermum dauricum的干燥根茎,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗心律失常、抗心肌缺血、抗脑缺血等药理作用,其化学成分主要包括生物碱类、多糖类及脂肪油类等.基于北豆根植物亲缘性及化学成分特有性、传统功效、成分可测性、入血成分、网络药理学等方面对北豆根的质量标志物(Q-marker)进行预测和分析,初步预测蝙蝠葛苏林碱、蝙蝠葛碱、蝙蝠葛明、蝙蝠葛辛、表小檗碱、粉防己碱、青防己次碱、6-O-去甲蝙蝠葛波酚碱和去羟基尖防己碱等可作为北豆根的主要质量标志物,为完善北豆根的质量评价体系提供参考.
Abstract
Menispermi Rhizoma,the dried rhizome of Menispermum dauricum,has anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-arrhythmic,anti-myocardial ischemia,and anti-cerebral ischemia activities.The primary constituents of this herbal medicine include alkaloids,pol-ysaccharides,and fatty oils.This study predicts and evaluates the quality markers(Q-markers)of Menispermi Rhizoma by considering the phylogenetic relationship of the plant,chemical composition,conventional effects,component measurability,blood constituents,and network pharmacology.The primary Q-markers of Menispermi Rhizoma are predicted to include daurisoline,dauricine,dauricu-mine,bianfugecine,epiberberine,tetrandrine,acutumidine,6-O-demethylmenisporphine,and acutuminine.The findings hold poten-tial for enhancing the quality evaluation system of Menispermi Rhizoma.
