中文摘要：霍山石斛位于"九大仙草"之首，具有益胃生津、滋阴清热等功效，现代药理学研究表明霍山石斛具有抗肿瘤、降血糖、抗炎、保肝等多种作用。随着研究的深入，其化学成分、药理作用等方面备受关注，该文对霍山石斛的化学成分、药理作用进行综述，并根据中药质量标志物(Q-marker)的概念，从植物亲缘与溯源、成分与药效关联、成分可测性以及栽培模式等多方面对霍山石斛的质量标志物进行预测分析，为霍山石斛的资源开发及质量控制提供科学的选择依据。

外文摘要：Dendrobium huoshanense is well known for the effects of benefiting stomach,promoting fluid production,clearing heat,and nourishing Yin.Modern pharmacological studies have demonstrated the anti-tumor,blood glucose-lowering,anti-inflammatory,and liver-protecting effects of D.huoshanense.With the deepening of research,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of D.huoshanense have attracted much attention.This article reviews the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of D.huos-hanense.According to the concept of quality marker(Q-marker),this article predicts the Q-markers of D.huoshanense from multiple aspects,such as plant phylogeny and origin,correlations between chemical constituents and pharmacological effects,component testability,and cultivation patterns.It is expected to provide a scientific basis for resource development and quality control of D.huos-hanense.
