摘要
采用正相、反相硅胶,葡聚糖凝胶,高效液相色谱等多种方法,从野菊花 95%乙醇提取物中分离纯化得到 13 个糖苷类化合物,并通过波谱数据和理化性质鉴定其化学结构,分别为(2S,3R)-2,3-二氢-3-羟甲基-7-甲氧基-2-亚甲二氧基苯-苯并呋喃丙醇-10-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、4,6,8-癸炔基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、5-(β-D-葡萄糖苷)-2-羟基苯甲酸盐(3)、枸橼苦素C(4)、对异丙苄基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、苄基-6-O-反丁烯酸-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、苄基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、viridoside(8)、苯乙基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、丁香脂素-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)、松脂酚-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)、isoeucommin A(12)、eucommin A(13).其中化合物 1 为新化合物,化合物 2、5 为菊属中首次分离得到,化合物 3~4、6、8、11~13 均为首次从野菊花中分离得到,化合物5、8 具有潜在的抗氧化活性.
Abstract
Thirteen glycoside compounds were isolated and purified from 95%ethanol extract of Chrysanthemum indicum by normal and reversed phase silica gels,glucan gel,and high performance liquid chromatography,and their chemical structures were identified by spectroscopic data and physicochemical properties.These compounds were(2S,3R)-2,3-dihydro-3-hydroxymethyl-7-methoxy-2-benzodioxole-5-benzofuranpropanol-10-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),4,6,8-decatriynyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),5-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-2-hydroxy benzoic acid methyl ester(3),citrusin C(4),cuminyl β-D-glucopyranoside(5),benzyl-6-[(2E)-2-butenoate]-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),benzyl β-D-glucoside(7),viridoside(8),phenylethyl β-D-glucopyranoside(9),syringaresinol-4′-O-β-D-glucoside(10),pinoresinol-4′-O-β-D-glucoside(11),isoeucommin A(12),and eucommin A(13).Among them,compound 1 was a new compound.Compounds 2 and 5 were first isolated from Chrysanthemum.Compounds 3-4,6,8,and 11-13 were isolated from the C.indicum for the first time.Compounds 5 and 8 have potential antioxidant activity.
