摘要
随着科技和需求的发展,数字化技术在脊柱外科中的作用愈发重要,为医生提供了更多的信息、支持和辅助,提高了脊柱外科的诊疗水平,也为医学教育和交流、医患互动和教育等创造了新的机会.本文介绍了数字化技术在脊柱外科中的应用和发展,包括3D打印、手术导航、虚拟现实和增强现实、手术机器人、人工智能等,通过分析最新的研究进展,阐述数字化技术在脊柱外科领域的局限性、挑战和未来趋势.
Abstract
With advancement of science and technology and consequent increasing demands,digital tech-nology has become more and more important in the field of spinal surgery.It provides spinal surgeons with more in-formation,support and assistance to improve the diagnostic accuracy,surgical efficiency,surgical safety,and sur-gical quality.It also offers new possibilities and opportunities foreducation,communication,and doctor-patient in-teraction in medicine.This article reviews the applications and advances of digital technology in the field of spinal surgery,mainly covering 3D printing,surgical navigation,virtual reality and augmented reality,surgical robots,and artificial intelligence.It also analyzes the latest research progress at home and abroad,limitations and chal-lenges,and the future development trends of digital technology.
