摘要
在发生大规模核与辐射突发事故后,辐射剂量的准确评估为后续急性放射损伤的医学救治和预后判断提供重要的科学依据.近年来,辐射敏感基因表达分析凭借其快速和高通量的优点,被认为是一种适用于较大人群剂量分类和临床风险预测的有效方法.本文将对辐射敏感基因表达分析用于生物剂量估算的研究进展进行综述,以期促进该项技术在国内的推广应用,进而提高我国生物剂量估算能力.
Abstract
Following large-scale nuclear and radiological emergencies,the accurate estimation of radiation doses can provide a crucial scientific basis for subsequent medical treatment and prognosis of acute radiation injury.In recent years,the expression analysis of radiation-responsive genes has emerged as an effective approach to dose classification and clinical risk prediction for a large population owing to its high speed and high throughput.This paper reviews the advances in research on the application of the expression analysis to biological dose estimation,with a view to promoting the popularization of this technology and to further enhancing China's capacity for radiation dose estimation.
