超声弹性成像是一种非侵入性成像技术,可以测量肝组织硬度,为肝癌的诊断和治疗提供有价值的信息.超声弹性成像有无创、快速、安全、可重复性好等优势.本文就近年来超声弹性成像在肝癌诊断、治疗评估和预后预测中的应用研究进展进行综述,旨在帮助临床医生为患者制定更优治疗方案,改善患者预后,降低并发症.
Abstract
Ultrasound elastography is a non-invasive imaging technique that can measure tissue hardness and provide valuable information for diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.It offers numerous advantages,including non-invasiveness,rapidity,safety,excellent repeatability,cost-effective-ness,and high patient acceptance.This article reviews the current research progress of ultrasound elastogra-phy in diagnosis,treatment evaluation,and prognosis prediction of hepatocellular carcinoma,aiming to help clinicians to tailor treatment strategy,reduce complications,and improve prognosis.
