摘要
成人弥漫性肝血管瘤病(DHH)是一种极罕见的良性疾病.成人DHH可局限于肝脏的一段或几段,也可弥漫性分布于整个肝脏;还可能同时累及肝外其他器官.由于成人DHH发病率低,临床认识不足,容易误诊.不同类型成人DHH治疗原则不同,预后也不尽相同.本文对成人DHH的流行病学、发病机制、诊断、治疗和预后进行综述.
Abstract
Adult diffuse hepatic hemangiomatosis(DHH)is an extremely rare disease,which can occur in one or more liver segments or even involve the whole liver.Extrahepatic lesions also occurred in some patients.Adult DHH is often misdiagnosed due to its rareness and lack of understanding.The treat-ment strategy and prognosis differs according to the type of DHH.This review aims to raise awareness of the prevalence,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of adult DHH.
